Integrated embedded video in an event website using Twilio Video + React

COVID-19 has changed the landscape for events companies. Many companies depend on periodical events and they were not equipped move to online only. Unfortunately, this has led to many events companies shutting down. But not for RG Live.

They ran a sales event every year in Las Vegas which was cancelled due to COVID. RG Live was able to move the event online by embedding video in client calls.

I worked with SCD Studio integrating Twilio Video into a Virtual exhibition. When an attendee was interested in a piece, we connected them with an expert.

The exhibition was built with MeteorJS using the templating language Blaze. I integrated React, which also works in MeteorJS and then connected Twilio Video.
